  WENT TO PURCHASE 4 NEW TIRES. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 45 MINUTES. I DROPPED THE TRUCK OFF AND THEY CALLED 30 MINUTES LATER SAYING THEY COULD NOT MOUNT THE NEW TIRES ON BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REMOVE THE BACK TWO RIMS OFF THE HUBS DUE TO RUST..... IT'S A 2015 TRUCK . I TOLD THEM TO HIT THE TIRE WITH A HAMMER OR PIECE OF WOOD TO KNOCK THE RIM LOOSE AND THEY REFUSED SAYING IT WAS AGAINST POLICY..... THEY LOST A $500 SALE BECAUSE THEIR "POLICY" NEVER AGAIN

  Very bad service !! Came in and an associate named Ashley in the tire department said she would have my boyfriend assisted with his tire change . Next thing you know 5 minutes later she said no because it's closing time!! Seriously came in 30 minutes . It was an EMERGENCY and she had the audacity to say yes then no. I want to see someone tell her no when her tire blows out 2 hours away from home! Ignorant young lady . Someone Cleary did NOT WANT TO WORK!!! As huge as Wal-Mart is they always say "KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY" .. calling corporate to report Miss Ashley!

  Needed tires I had purchased from Wal-Mart already rotated. A hour before closing time they turned me away because there were other customers in front of me. The bays were empty except for the oil change and it was done in 10 mins. I waited outside until they closed and no other cars were wored on. They are lazy and lie. I will No longer purchase anything from them.

  I told them one tire and they put on the wrong tire and it ended up costing me double.
