    Im very disappointed with yall, I have never been late on my account, I go in each week pay you cash for my 2 AC. You take out my living room out of my checking account week like we want, I have ask many time to make sure you wouldnt take out the money for the ACs you reassured me you wouldn't. I go to pay an see that yall have taken it out of the checking account an have mabe me over draft my account not just your money but 2 other items. You have made me lose $105 in overdraft, I got NO! Help from the management, I wasnt even told SORRY. Here we are in the middle of the rain stom and yall do this to a good customer so very wrong of yall !
