- Dianne NguyenApr 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆#1 Shelter for DISCRIMINATION. I do not recommend this place for parents with children because the staff will write you up for every little thing! Good thing I caught on and I was working most of the time. A majority who got into the housing program are MALES. Single males. Go to Star of Hope or Salvation Army downtown Houston. Better service and resources. I see BAHS haven’t changed at all, especially with Connie in charge. It’s WRONG to use God for your image and I will pray for you all and the heartless staff!
